This Privacy Policy describes how StageChain ("StageChain," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit or interact with our digital properties, including our website (https://stagechain.io) and demonstration application made available for trial or evaluation purposes (collectively, the "StageChain Properties"), and associated services as further defined in our Terms and Conditions (“Services”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data, and how you can exercise your rights.
 

StageChain is a decentralized, multi-tenant platform designed to help event organizers manage user engagement, identity verification, and ticketing integrations, and acts as a data controller for that data. For any personal data processed through StageChain Properties by organizations not for demo purposes, applicable terms are governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"). 
 

  • We collect limited personal data, such as contact details and device data, when you interact with our website and demo platform.

  • We use this data to operate and improve our digital properties, respond to your requests, and send you updates.

  • We do not sell your personal data.

  • We use cookies and analytics to understand usage and enhance performance.

  • For testing/demo purposes, please use synthetic data. Real data use will require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

  • You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data and object to processing.

Personal Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data when you access or interact with the StageChain Properties:
 

  • ​Contact information: such as your name and email address if you submit inquiries, sign up for updates, or request access to the demonstration application.

  • Device and usage data: including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, actions taken in the demonstration application, and referral URLs.

  • Cookies and tracking technologies: data collected through cookies or similar tools (see Section 6).

  • Voluntary information: such as data you submit via forms, demo requests, or newsletter sign-ups.
     

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data via the StageChain Properties.

Please use synthetic or anonymized data instead. Any instances in which real personal data is processed, such as in production or customer-specific deployments, must be governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) entered into between StageChain and the customer.
